We are looking for a Head of Compliance and Operational Risk (CORC) – Philippines to lead CORC locally, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and country management while providing independent oversight of regulatory, conduct, and non financial risks.

In this role, you will be expected to anticipate risk, connect themes and signals, and engage proactively — with the business, with senior stakeholders, and with regulators — in line with established governance frameworks, including the IB Risk Radar.
