Job Description

Responsibilities:


1. Employer Branding


• Partner with Recruitment and Marketing/ Communication Teams to ensure consistent messaging across career sites, social media, and recruitment campaigns.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for compelling content to highlight the company’s brand to diverse talent pools.


• Develop and promote employer branding strategies that showcase company’s culture, values, and employee experience.

2. Sourcing Channel Engagement


• Optimize recruitment marketing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and talent communities.


• Build and maintain relationships with external partners (professional associations, recruitment platforms).


• Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and candidate quality.
