Job Description

• Applies advanced knowledge and skills in Sales and Marketing.

• Involved in implementation of customer acquisition programmes and distribution strategy.

• Independent on meeting operational objectives and requires only general guidelines.

• Lead, direct, and control all sales and marketing functions so activities meet the organisation’s business objectives, comply with regulations, and protect the organisation’s reputation.

• Activities may include: market research, forecasting, pricing, marketing campaigns, business development activities, customer service, invoicing and payment administration.

• May be involved in negotiating terms of sales with clients.

• Responsible for establishing targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development for own department and monitoring performance of the department against these goals.
