Head of Admin
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks to staff and manage personnel to ensure efficient operation of the organisation.
- Monitor and manage workflow by assigning tasks to admin staff daily, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation.
- Follow up hire purchase on behalf of customers with banks.
- Monitor insurance renewal for all machinery and road tax renewal.
- Monitor usage of petty cash and ensure proper documentation is available to reimburse.
