The Head of AI Adoption & Enablement is responsible for ensuring AI is effectively deployed and used across HBX, enabling the organization to adopt and scale AI capabilities across all functions. As an AI thought leader, the role continuously scans the market for emerging AI capabilities to keep HBX at the forefront of practical, secure and scalable AI usage. Working closely with Technology, the role co‑defines which AI platforms and vendor capabilities are used and how they are applied, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. The role owns demand management and prioritization of AI use cases, ensuring opportunities are prioritized based on value, feasibility and scalability, and translated into measurable usage and impact with thorough cost control.
