Overview
The Head of Brand is responsible for leading and evolving the overall brand marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial growth across the business.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Performance Marketing and senior stakeholders, this role will lead the strategic direction of the brand function, ensuring all brand activity is integrated, commercially focused and aligned to wider business objectives.
The role has responsibility for the development and execution of brand strategy across PR, content, social media, advertising, sponsorships, events, local marketing and multi-channel campaigns, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
This role will also play a key part in identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, brand consistency and overall team structure.
