Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute collections strategy across the full lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end collections operations
- Drive performance across key metrics (recoveries, roll rates, productivity)
- Use data and analytics to improve decision-making and outcomes
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-collect
- Improve portfolio performance and recovery outcomes
- Lead digital initiatives (automation, self-service, omnichannel e.g. SMS/WhatsApp)
- Build and lead a high‑performing collections team
- Manage and develop middle management
- Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and manage key stakeholders

- 10+ years’ experience in collections or credit operations
