Head of Commercial 4P strategic leadership role, that combines business management, product lifecycle ownership, and team development to deliver outstanding commercial results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key ecosystem partners, you will define and execute category strategies that support Lenovo's business objectives while fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
Responsibilities
Own the full P&L for Lenovo's commercial product portfolio across the Nordic and Baltic markets, delivering against revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Lead and develop a team of 4P Managers responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market introduction through end-of-life.
Define and execute category strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.
