Head of Compliance & MLRO (UAE Reg)

BTSE is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance / Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead its Dubai operations' compliance function. This role is paramount in ensuring adherence to VARA and UAE Federal AML laws, acting as a crucial link with regulators.

Suitable candidates will have at least 7 years of compliance experience, a strong understanding of UAE regulations, and native Arabic proficiency. The position commands a significant level of responsibility in driving compliance strategy and ensuring operational integrity.
