Head of Complience

**Role overview**:
As Head of Compliance at Khan Tech, you will play a critical leadership role in receiving licenses worldwide (Kanawoke Malta's, EU certificates and etc, as a B2B and B2C brand iGaming. We need a strong Lead and mentor the compliance team (3+ members), fostering a proactive compliance culture across the business.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with global iGaming regulations (B2B/B2C), including white label operations
- Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining iGaming licenses and certificates across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop and enforce internal compliance policies (AML, KYC, GDPR, responsible gaming)
- Oversee contractual compliance in partner, supplier, and client agreements
- Manage regulatory relationships and ensure timely reporting to authorities
- Support audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations
- Manage the team, conduct a performance review session, onboarding new members, etc.
