The Role We’re looking for a Head of Design (UX/UI) who can architect, lead, and evolve the way design operates across Disrupt’s ecosystem of ventures. This is not a traditional design director role-it’s a venture-native, AI-first leadership position where design equals strategy, execution, and unfair advantage.
