Your role in the team:

People Management: As Head of Department (HoD) in the Product Department, you will be responsible for leading, developing and supervising a team of Product Owners and a team of UX/UI experts, ensuring that they can develop to their full potential. In addition, you will also plan staffing needs.
Shaping the future of Product Owners and UX/UI: Besides people management you will be shaping the way of working and the processes for the Product Owners and the UX/UI team, serving as their mentor and guide.
Working atmosphere: As a leader, you will help create a productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, trust, and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
