Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Deployment Engineering to lead one of our strategic platform initiatives: the consolidation and modernisation of how software is deployed across the enterprise. You will own the vision, engineering and governance of a centralised deployment platform that serves the bank’s application teams, and you will be the accountable leader for deployment controls to satisfy our regulatory obligations. This is a rare opportunity to bring engineering excellence to a complex, heterogeneous deployment landscape – and to build something that materially reduces operational risk while accelerating delivery velocity.
