Job Description
Job purpose:
The Head of Development Pathway is responsible for leading and managing the academy's transition stage between Learn to Swim (LTS) and competitive squads , ensuring a consistent, high standard of swimmers progressing into the competition and performance pathways.
The role will oversee athlete progression, coach alignment, and programme quality across all satellite locations, while ensuring a clear and structured journey for swimmers, parents, and partner schools. This position is critical to strengthening the academy's long-term athlete development system and sustaining performance success.
Key Objectives:- Plan and deliver coaching sessions in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy
- Attendance at relevant competitions
