Head of Digital Acquisition

At Solcasino , we’re looking for a senior, hands-on growth leader to take full ownership of our user acquisition strategy and build a high-performance growth engine from the ground up.

This is not a standard marketing role.

This is a high-impact leadership position with real budget, real ownership, and full responsibility over growth.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute the global user acquisition strategy
• Manage and scale significant paid media budgets (Google, Bing, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native)
• Drive acquisition towards FTDs (First Time Depositors) and revenue
• Lead a multichannel strategy including paid media, affiliation , and emerging channels
• Optimize performance based on CAC, ROAS, LTV
• Oversee and improve the full conversion funnel (end-to-end)
