Head of Engineering / CTO (Partner Company Role)

What You'll Be Working On

• You'll own the company's full technical direction: architecture, reliability, delivery, infrastructure, and the people who make it happen
• Define and drive architectural strategy, introducing clear engineering governance — RFCs, tech radar, vendor evaluation, and practical risk management — without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Lead the evolution of a high‑load, event‑driven platform with a focus on scalability, resilience, and fault isolation
• Own reliability and incident management: observability, SRE practices, incident response, and postmortem culture — with a goal of better uptime, faster detection, and fewer repeated issues
