Responsibility

• Lead the development and implementation of component repair/overhaul/maintenance capabilities to support future demands
• Lead the operation and sustainability of component maintenance capabilities to support the operation.
• Ensure the safety of all staff and their activities at all times through implementing workplace, health and safety plan.
• Ensure the development of each staff to achieve their required staff competencies (Technical and Professional development).
• Ensure the technical standards required and timely execution of maintenance to achieve the performance of assets’ reliability.
• Fulfil all requirements from regulators and legislations.
• Managing resources and expenses to keep within the budget allocated for the department.
• Interface with departments, vendors and LTA on all matters.
