Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across several properties and destinations 
Ensure optimal performance of all technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management) 
Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs 
Lead CAPEX projects including renovations, upgrades, and new developments 
Manage and optimize departmental budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) 
Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio 
Lead, develop, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and engagement 
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and environmental regulations 
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, property teams, and external partners
