Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Engineering for a fast-growing live streaming/creator economy product company developing streaming platforms, creator tools, overlays, and AI-assisted workflows. The company has been on the market for around 8–9 years and is currently actively scaling engineering processes, AI adoption, and product delivery.
The company operates fully remotely with team members mainly located in Germany, Austria, and Ghana. The culture is product-oriented, startup-like, fast-moving, and strongly connected to gaming and streaming domains.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager / Technical Leadership roles
Strong people management and engineering organization leadership experience
Experience scaling engineering teams and improving development processes
Product mindset and ability to work closely with product/business stakeholders
