Head of Engineering

We are seeking a Head of Engineering with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 10 years to join our dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
2. Lead and oversee all technical analysis, specifications, and estimation to ensure they are complete and accurate, leading to top-quality written specifications, strategy, and implementation.
3. Facilitate the smooth delivery of product enhancements and support delivered by the team.
4. Help plan future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
5. Take control over critical support instances and implement the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issues as soon as possible.
6. Stay aware of the latest data protection and security threats and ensure we mitigate these risks against known industry standards.
