- Lead software engineering team by providing expertise in requirement gathering & analysis, solution design & documentation, and end-to-end technology delivery of business initiatives.
- Analyze current technology trends, regional technology roadmap, and internal company's technology current state and design for future convergence and sustainability.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates.
- Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end development, which must include programming languages like ReactJS and NodeJs, with 5 years of experience in leading a technology team.
