Head of Freight Operations (Sea & Air)

Overview

The Head of Freight Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational performance, and commercial results of the domestic air and sea freight business across the Philippines. This position ensures end-to-end operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability while strengthening national freight capabilities and supporting long-term growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is strongly preferred.

Experience

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
