We’re supporting a rapidly scaling deep-tech manufacturing company as they build out a brand-new global manufacturing capability and training function.
Operating at the forefront of advanced electronics and high-performance hardware manufacturing, the business is entering a major phase of international expansion — increasing production volumes, launching new manufacturing locations globally, and developing next-generation products.
As part of this growth, they are creating a dedicated manufacturing training and capability organization to support the onboarding, development, and technical excellence of their global workforce.
