The Greenpeace International (GPI) People & Culture (P&C) Department is looking for a **Head of Greenpeace International Staff** to play a crucial role in developing, advocating and implementing the People & Culture departments strategic plans to support Greenpeace International to achieve its strategic goals.
The **GPI Staff Unit** provides organisational and employee services to all Greenpeace International departments and staff around the world.
This unit emphasises the employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including learning and development, well-being, and resiliency.
In this role, you will provide overall leadership to an effective People & Culture team, where strong internal and external partnerships are essential.
