Head of Growth & Operations
- This job is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 hours per day, most of them overlapping with US Central Time
- Compensation: 2000 USD/month base salary + up to $12,000 USD in performance bonuses for 2026
Most operators keep the machine running. This role is for someone who builds the machine — and then runs it at full speed.
