  • Scale Beyond Founder-Led Sales: Transition our initial momentum as Professionals in providing Professionals to a high-performance revenue engine for IT Transformation Consulting and Interim Management

  • Pipeline Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from generating awareness to contract closing and establishing enduring client partnerships across Europe

  • Team Building: Recruit and develop a Blend high-level commercial strategy with hands-on execution, taking direct ownership of the European growth roadmap.

  • Architect the Machine: Codify our sales processes into a scalable playbook and continuously evolve our go-to-market strategy based on real-time market feedback
