Job Description

As a Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the following duties.


  • Own and execute the regional eCommerce growth strategy, driving sustainable revenue across all markets
  • Lead acquisition and retention levers, optimizing ROAS while increasing customer lifetime value
  • Integrate paid, organic, CRM, and onsite strategies into a cohesive growth ecosystem
  • Translate strategy into clear quarterly/annual plans with KPIs, budgets, and accountability
  • Optimize performance marketing across markets, including channel mix, targeting, and creatives
  • Drive CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty initiatives to improve retention, advocacy, and repeat purchase
  • Use data and LTV cohort analysis to inform investment decisions across acquisition and retention
  • Lead cross-market teams and partners, ensuring execution, governance, and alignment with business goals
