Job Description

Scope: Ownership and leadership of the company’s HR technology landscape Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. 20 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Digital HR, or HR Transformation roles. Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing HR Technology teams and enterprise-scale HR platforms. Strong experience with leading HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar enterprise solutions. Experience managing Talent Acquisition, ATS, Skills Management, Learning, and Workforce Analytics platforms. Proven track record of leading large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, security, and IT governance. Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
