1. Systems Architecture & Strategy
- Retail & Distribution Ecosystem: Design and scale an integrated technology architecture that supports high-volume retail operations and complex distribution networks (ERP, POS, WMS, and CRM).
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, specifically identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation to streamline business operations and improve employee productivity.
- Data Flow & Security: Establish secure, efficient data pipelines between point-of-sale systems, warehouses, and the central office, ensuring strict compliance with local data protection regulations.
