Octant.app is an experimental platform developed under the Golem Foundation, aimed at reimagining funding mechanisms for public goods in the Web3 ecosystem. We operate at the intersection of decentralization, open-source coordination, and blockchain innovation. Our mission is to create systems that empower communities and prioritize public good funding through novel governance and incentive mechanisms.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Head of Legal who can help navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, shape strategic partnerships, and ensure our contracts and agreements are tightly aligned with both our values and business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
2. Provide legal counsel on the structure and governance of the Golem Foundation and its relationship to Octant.
