Head of Litigation and Labor

POSITION: AVP/HEAD, LITIGATION AND LABOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Litigation Management

• Oversee all litigation cases (civil, criminal, administrative) involving the company
• Develop strategies and direct the handling of complex and high-risk disputes
• Review pleadings, legal positions, and case developments
• Manage and supervise external counsel

Labor and Employment

• Lead handling of labor cases before NLRC, DOLE, and other agencies
• Provide legal guidance on employee discipline, termination, and labor issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support HR and management on labor relations and dispute resolution

Risk and Compliance

• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
