Job Summary
:The Logistics & Customer Service Head South Asia will lead end-to-end supply chain execution for the South Asia business, with primary accountability for India as the core market. The role will own customer service, logistics, inventory management, Customer Order fulfilment, Warehouse and Transport management, 3PL service governance and EXIM COE for South Asia and META markets. The role will drive service excellence, inventory health, delivery performance, and Supply Chain efficiency, with the strongest focus on India while supporting the wider South Asia market.
