As Head of Low Voltage System, you lead a department of around 75 specialists across Denmark, India, and Spain, shaping how low-voltage solutions are designed and delivered for wind power applications. You engage daily with complex technical interfaces, balance competences and capacities, and guide managers through a demanding matrix organization.
