The Head of Operations at Countrywide Healthcare will play a critical role in leading and optimising warehouse and distribution operations. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving performance, and ensuring high standards across cost, quality, and service delivery.

This is a senior leadership role where you will develop operational strategy, lead high-performing teams, and support business growth through continuous improvement and innovation. 

The Head of Operations role will involve:
Leading warehouse and logistics operations to achieve performance, controlling costs, and service targets 
Developing and executing operational and supply chain strategy, including continuous improvement initiatives
Managing and developing an operations team, with overall responsibility for circa 50 employees.
