Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

  • Lead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receiving

  • Manage a 3PL warehouse in US

  • Oversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputes

  • Hire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadership

  • Track KPIs, manage departmental P&L, and negotiate outbound freight rates

  • Support health and safety initiatives as part of a safety committee

    • Required Experience:

  • Proven experience improving and scaling operational systems

  • Background in distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics

  • Hands-on experience with customs, cross-border shipping, and tariffs
