The role

ensures people administration and employee relations services work well for colleagues and managers, while building reliable, well‑run systems and data that support insight, efficiency and a better overall colleague experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary People Services teams, driving a high-performance, accountable service culture
  • Oversee end-to-end People operations across the colleague lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Manage HR administration and employee relations, acting as an escalation point for complex, risk-sensitive cases
  • Own HR systems strategy and governance, ensuring HRIS integrity and end-to-end lifecycle management
