This senior leadership role will oversee all central processing functions, including packing operations, central and hub kitchens, QA/QC, and supporting units. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the entire processing network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end processing operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and support teams.
Manage and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
