Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross functional teams to think, innovate and create bolder, better
innovations.
- Build a strong innovation pipeline aligned with consumer trends and business strategy
- Drive formulation, benchmarking, trials, sensory evaluation and commercialization
- Improve product quality, nutrition, taste, texture and cost efficiency across the portfolio
- Build strong partnerships with ingredient suppliers, co-manufacturers and technical
experts
- Create systems and processes for faster, sharper innovation execution
- Stay ahead of trends across protein, functional foods, gut health, dairy and global food
innovation
