Established in 2015, EPUKI owns, operates, and develops a diverse portfolio of gas, biomass, and flexible electricity generation assets across the UK and Ireland, playing a key role in supporting the transition to a low‑carbon energy future.

Overview

This role is based in their modern Leeds office at Thorpe Park and offers a hybrid working model while supporting reward strategy across the UK and Ireland. It is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the total reward strategy in a growing organisation of over 550 employees, overseeing pay structures, benefits, and incentives to ensure competitive and consistent frameworks that support attraction, retention, and engagement.
