Develop and drive the company's 3–5 year and 10-year strategic roadmap. Identify growth opportunities across existing and new businesses. Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends. Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes. Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution.
