Underwriting Lead also collaborates with other departments to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies while maintaining profitability and managing the overall risk portfolio of the insurance company

Strong leadership and team management abilities
In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
Strong decision-making capabilities, especially in complex underwriting cases
