As part of developing our People function, we are creating a role that brings together HR operations, technology, and workplace experience under a single leader who can make them work as one.

This role is for someone who understands that every process, system, and office says something about what it feels like to work here, and who has both the operational accuracy and the human sensitivity to get that right.

What you’ll lead

You will have direct responsibility for an integrated operations unit where People Operations and IT work as one team. Together, the team owns the full operational backbone of our organisation: HR processes, systems, data, workplace, and the technology that makes all of it run.

The measure of success is not just that things run, but how people feel about it. Every digital touchpoint in the employee lifecycle, onboarding flows, absence reporting, performance conversations, payroll notifications is a moment of experience. Your...
