Job Description

Job Purpose :

To oversee the end-to-end consumer product portfolio and lifecycle to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen market leadership, and elevate customer value while safeguarding brand equity, regulatory compliance, disciplined P&L governance, and seamless cross-functional execution.


Main Roles :

  1. Manage the consumer product strategy, portfolio architecture, and lifecycle (ideation to retirement) to ensure value accretive growth, margin expansion, and differentiated propositions.
  2. Review product performance, unit economics, and funnel health using data-driven mechanisms (test-and-learn, experiments, A/B, cohort analysis) to identify growth levers and corrective actions.
  3. Oversee the integration of brand segment strategies (customer proposition, pricing, CX, branding, digital initiatives, GTM) to create a cohesive commercial direction that maximizes enterprise value.
