THE COMPANY
 
This is an established and growing Sydney hospitality group with a serious wine identity. They operate several venues across the city and are expanding with a clear sense of who they are and what they stand for. Wine isn't an afterthought here. It's central to everything.
 

THE VENUE
 
This is an established restaurant with a wine list that means something. Around 250 bottles celebrating small growers, natural and low-intervention producers, and a strong Burgundy section. The list has been built with care and intention and there is genuine room to develop it further, have fun with it, and make your mark on it.
 

This is not a passive list-management role. The venue has a floor team that needs to be brought on the journey, and a Group Sommelier who will back you properly.
