Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier, ideally within fine dining / premium dining / concept driven establishments.
- Hands‑on experience in wine program creation, curation, and supplier management.
- Deep knowledge of global wines, varietals, and tasting techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver world‑class standards.
- A genuine team player who works seamlessly with chefs, service staff, and management to deliver a unified guest experience.
- Commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of learning, curiosity, and respect.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities that create memorable, educational, and enjoyable wine experiences.
