Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Contribute to strategic decision‑making (IBE, TGT, and LF), ensuring timely availability of Supply Chain and Customer Service resources to successfully deliver agreed plans.
• Manage and control functional expenses, ensuring full alignment with approved financial targets (TGT and LF).
• Define, implement, and monitor Customer Service KPIs, driving corrective actions to support sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
