Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a strategic position within the HR function, he/she will be responsible for leading the HRBP teams across the country and the Corporate Recruitment team; and driving key HR initiatives.

  • Work in close sync with Business verticals, understand the business requirements and work towards optimal planning and scheduling of HR deliverables.

  • Responsible for working in close coordination with the Business and Leadership to achieve business delivery targets. Key Ownership in implementation of Corporate / Business and Regional HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to Company policies / practices.

  • Lead Talent Acquisition based on approved budgets and job specification, and complete on-boarding process within set TAT.

  • Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employees...
