**What will I be doing?**
As a Head Therapist, you are responsible for managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Head Therapist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage and carry out procedures while ensuring all beauty therapists possess up-to-date knowledge of treatments in line with current legislation and company standards
+ Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
+ Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
