Job Description

Main mission

The OHS partner is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the company's occupational health and safety policy. It ensures a safe working environment that complies with the various regulations, laws and standards while promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the OHS strategy
    • Define and manage the OHS policy in connection with the management's alignments.
    • Setting occupational safety and health targets.
    • Ensure regulatory and technical monitoring of the right behaviours to adopt.
    • Plan, ensure compliance, and follow up on external audits and inspections in partnership with our external firm Médial.
  • Occupational Risk Management
    • Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks.
    • Apply, supervise and track corrective actions with respect to risk assessments.
