Healthcare Professional (RRT/RN)

Responsibilities

• Initiating and monitoring prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
• Delivering and exchanging equipment at client homes, including lifting items that may weigh up to 60 pounds.
• Traveling long distances for in‑home visits as required.
• Conducting in‑office consultations with clients who need sleep and oxygen support.
• Leading training sessions on respiratory equipment with community partners.
• Promoting Medigas products and services to referral sources.
• Building and maintaining high‑quality relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Performing all duties in line with safety standards.
• Supporting the training and development of new employees when needed.
• Participating in a regular on‑call rotation for support as required.
